SUBJECT:	NAVIGATION SYSTEMS REPORT
 
 
The above is from the last (36) Local Notice to Mariners.  No mention is made 
of disestablishing #15 Sandy Hook Channel; however, it is gone.  Also, #13 
Sandy Hook Channel is off station.  #13 is being relocated ASAP.
I encourage everyone to be cognizant of buoys and their relative positions
 each time you are out and about on the water.  Report any and all discrepancies 
via the chain, and if it is a critical buoy, report immediately either to
 Sector New York or Station Sandy Hook.
Bridges must also be looked at for discrepancies.  Especially after storms
 and now after a busy boating season.
